For after hours urgent (non-emergency) needs:
Call the clinic number
After you hear “Our office is currently closed,” you will have the option to send a message to the on call-provider. To do so, simply follow the instructions given by the system.
Depending on the urgency, one of the following will happen:
the on-call provider will return your call
the on-call provider will record a message for you to hear during the callback
your recorded message will be addressed by clinic staff the next business day
