The following applies to all Access locations.

For after hours emergencies, dial 911.

For after hours urgent (non-emergency) needs:

  1. Call the clinic number

  2. After you hear “Our office is currently closed,” you will have the option to send a message to the on call-provider. To do so, simply follow the instructions given by the system.

  3. Depending on the urgency, one of the following will happen:

    • the on-call provider will return your call

    • the on-call provider will record a message for you to hear during the callback

    • your recorded message will be addressed by clinic staff the next business day
